A simple guide to DNS records, mail client settings and plans for setting up addresses like info@yourcompany.az.
Corporate email builds trust with customers: info@yourcompany.az looks far more professional than company123@gmail.com. Here is how to set the service up step by step.
1. Choose a plan
| Plan | Email accounts | Disk per account | Price (monthly) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ekonom | 5 | 10 GB | 9.99 ₼ |
| Standart | 15 | 50 GB | 19.99 ₼ |
| Gold | 50 | 100 GB | 39.99 ₼ |
| Premium | 200 | 400 GB | 79.99 ₼ |
Every plan includes DKIM/SPF, SSL, IMAP/POP3, ad-free webmail, spam filtering and mobile sync.
2. Create email accounts
Once the service is active, open the Corporate Email section of your account area and create as many accounts as your plan limit allows.
3. DNS configuration
Option 1 (recommended): change the domain's nameservers. The records are created automatically:
- ns1.azhosting.az
- ns2.azhosting.az
Option 2: if the domain stays elsewhere, add these records in its DNS. The server IP address is sent in your activation email:
| Type | Name | Value |
|---|---|---|
| A | Server IP address | |
| MX | @ | mail.yourcompany.az (priority 10) |
| TXT | @ | v=spf1 mx ip4:SERVER_IP ~all |
DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate.
4. Set up your mail client
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| IMAP server | server.azhosting.az, port 993 (SSL) |
| SMTP server | server.azhosting.az, port 587 (TLS) |
| Username | your full email address |
You can connect with Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird or the mail app on your phone.
Common problems
- Emails do not arrive: check that the MX record is correct and DNS has propagated.
- Emails land in spam: make sure the SPF record exists.
- Sending fails: check the SMTP port 587 with TLS.
