Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Azhosting.az services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your account credentials (password) confidential. You are responsible for all activities on your account.

3. Service Terms

Hosting services are provided within defined resource limits. Services may be restricted if limits are exceeded. The 99.9% uptime guarantee does not apply to force majeure events.

4. Payment Terms

Services are provided on a prepaid basis. Services are automatically suspended when the period expires. No late fees apply, but service restoration requires payment.

5. Refund Policy

Full refunds are available within 7 days of service activation for valid technical issues. Domain registration fees are non-refundable. Voluntarily cancelled services are non-refundable.

6. Prohibited Activities

Sending spam, distributing malware, copyright infringement, DDoS attacks, and hosting illegal content are strictly prohibited. Services may be suspended without warning for violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Azhosting.az is not liable for data loss due to technical failures or force majeure events. We strongly recommend regular backups.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Azerbaijani courts have jurisdiction over disputes.

9. Changes to Terms

Azhosting.az reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect after being published on the site.
