First, check that the LiteSpeed LSCache plugin is active. Then compress images and deactivate unused plugins. If the issue persists, upgrading to a VPS is recommended.

Yes, full root/administrator access is provided on all VPS packages. You have complete control over your server.
Typically completes within 30-60 seconds. Reboot, shutdown, and reinstall operations can be performed at any time from the personal cabinet.
Yes, network-level DDoS protection is active on all VPS packages. For large-scale attacks, additional Cloudflare integration is recommended.
Azerbaijan VPS offers lower ping (latency) for local users — ideal for local websites and applications. International VPS is recommended for fast access to foreign audiences as well.

Domain
Azerbaijani citizens need an ID card; legal entities need a TIN. Registration is completed within 1-3 business days.
.az domains take 1-3 business days; international domains (.com, .net, etc.) are typically active within 15-30 minutes.
Yes. For domain transfer, get the EPP/Auth code from your current registrar and contact us. The process takes 5-7 business days.
Domains are registered for a minimum of 1 year and must be renewed annually. Domains may be lost if not renewed on time.
Yes. You can manage A, CNAME, MX, TXT, NS records yourself through the DNS Zone Manager in your personal cabinet.
No. You can keep your domain elsewhere and point it to Azhosting.az hosting. Simply changing the DNS (nameserver) settings is sufficient.
WHOIS privacy is not possible for .az domains (WHOIS must be public). WHOIS privacy service is available for international domains.
Technical Questions
Free SSL is installed with one click from the Let's Encrypt section in cPanel and DirectAdmin. DNS validation is required for Wildcard SSL. Our support team can assist you.
Go to the Softaculous section in cPanel or DirectAdmin, select WordPress, enter your domain, and click 'Install'. It completes within 2 minutes.
From 'PHP Selector' or 'MultiPHP Manager' in cPanel, or from 'PHP Version' section in DirectAdmin, you can select a separate PHP version for each account.
Create a new email account from 'Email Accounts' in cPanel or 'E-mail Manager' in DirectAdmin. You can use it with Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird, or Webmail (Roundcube).
You can create and download a full site archive from 'Backup Wizard' in cPanel or 'Create/Restore Backup' in DirectAdmin. Our server takes automatic daily backups.
Yes, migration is completely free. A full migration including site files, databases, and email accounts is performed. The process typically takes 2-24 hours.
Yes. Cloudflare CDN, DNS management, and additional DDoS protection work fully compatible with our hosting. Simply pointing the nameservers to Cloudflare is sufficient.
You can set up automated tasks from the 'Cron Jobs' section in cPanel or 'Cronjobs' in DirectAdmin. For Laravel Scheduler, use: '* * * * * php /path/artisan schedule:run'.
Yes, SSH access is active on all hosting packages. You can connect with a terminal program (PuTTY, Terminal) using your server IP, username, and password.
Error 500 is usually caused by a PHP error, incorrect .htaccess file, or file permission problem. Check the error logs in cPanel. If you can't resolve it, contact our support team.
Billing & Account Questions
You can pay via major bank cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfer, or by topping up your account balance.
Top up your balance from your personal cabinet and place an order. To top up, upload a receipt and an admin will confirm it.
A full refund is possible within 7 days of service activation if no service has been used. Domain registration fees are non-refundable.
Yes. Email notifications are sent 30 days, 14 days and 3 days before your service expiration date.
Log in to your personal cabinet, go to 'My Orders' and click the 'Renew' button next to the relevant order.
Yes. You can view and print your transaction history from your personal cabinet. Contact support for an official invoice.
Balance top-up requests are manually confirmed by an admin. After uploading the receipt, it is usually added to your account within 1-4 hours. If delayed, contact support.
Your account is suspended for 7 days after the service expires. If you make a payment within this period, your data is preserved. Data may be deleted after 7 days.
Account Management
You can log in with your email and password at azhosting.az/login. One-click login with your Google account is also available.
Click the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. A password reset link will be sent to your email address.
You can update your name, email, and phone number at any time from the 'Profile' section of the personal cabinet.
Unlimited. You can create any number of different service orders such as hosting, VPS, domain, and email within one account.
You can track the status of all your orders (active, pending, expired) in real-time from the 'My Orders' section of the personal cabinet.
You can open a new ticket from the 'Support' section of the personal cabinet. You can attach images and files. The average response time is 15 minutes.
Send an email to info@azhosting.az to delete your account. Active orders must first be completed or cancelled.
